3D technique
The 3D technique is a very complicated process of creating a matrix. It requires excellent artistic skills, a sense of aesthetics and many years of designer's experience. The use of this technique in the product perfectly emphasizes the quality of the details.
Stamping and enamelling
It is a method of filling the surface of the decorated product with multicolored enamel. If, on the other hand, we use the embossing technique without colors, we will give the product a traditional look. This type of technique works great with patterns with a distinctive logo and uniform texts.
engraving
Engraving is a method of making recesses on the surface of a product with a steel cutter. This technique emphasizes the artistic value of numismatics and allows each product to be personalized to the customer's needs.
digital print
It is a direct-to-metal printing technique. Digital printing is especially recommended for more complex, multi-colored designs. Thanks to advanced technologies, we can print a photo or photographic reproduction on the product.
UV products are rapidly gaining popularity among our customers. This is a method that allows you to obtain an unprecedented amount of detail, and even print a photo or photographic reproduction on the product. Thanks to the modern machines we use and the speed of their work, the delivery time for products with UV marking is only 5 working days. In addition, the minimum order threshold for this technique is only 5/10 pieces.
For marking, we use ecological and odorless inks that are cured with ultraviolet light. A colorless varnish is applied to the finished product, which additionally protects the printed surface against mechanical damage. The UV technique has an extremely extensive range of colors. In practice, this means that we can print any color, even outside the Pantone palette.
what can we do with uv printing?
Considering the possibilities and wide application of this technique, we currently offer six products on which we can perform UV marking.
- coins - medals - sports medals on a dedicated ribbon
(designed and made for a given medal) - pins - gorgets
- occasional boards
In the case of coins and medals, we have different colors of metal and edge finishes - straight edge, cut, flat and convex wave, cord and mesh, as well as a range of sizes from 50 mm to 90 mm. In the case of UV marking on wooden boards, the only limitation is their size - we offer full-size prints on the entire surface of the board. For gorgets with UV marking, we provide the option of choosing a metal, rectangular ribbon, on which we can print any text. This allows for even greater personalization of the product.
In addition, our offer also includes boxes with UV printing for coins, medals, boards and gorgets.
