The production of medals, coins, pins, badges and all kinds of clips is done by pressing, the appropriate matrix must be prepared beforehand. In order to meet the needs of our customers and implement their projects as faithfully as possible, we offer several techniques for manufacturing products:

For the production of coins, medals, badges, pins, orders and gorgets, we use mixtures of zinc, aluminum and iron. In order to protect our products against anti-corrosion processes, commonly known as rusting, we use galvanization - external coatings. During the process, anti-corrosion protective coatings are created on a substrate made of another metal.
As a curiosity, it can be mentioned that silver plating and gilding of entrusted products (galvanization) is often used in jewelery with the intention of achieving perfect visual and aesthetic effects.
