3D technique

The 3D technique is a very complicated process of creating a matrix. It requires excellent artistic skills, a sense of aesthetics and many years of designer's experience. The use of this technique in the product perfectly emphasizes the quality of the details.

Stamping and enamelling

It is a method of filling the surface of the decorated product with multicolored enamel. If, on the other hand, we use the embossing technique without colors, we will give the product a traditional look. This type of technique works great with patterns with a distinctive logo and uniform texts.

engraving

Engraving is a method of making recesses on the surface of a product with a steel cutter. This technique emphasizes the artistic value of numismatics and allows each product to be personalized to the customer's needs.

digital print

It is a direct-to-metal printing technique. Digital printing is especially recommended for more complex, multi-colored designs. Thanks to advanced technologies, we can print a photo or photographic reproduction on the product.

Badges are an integral part of the equipment of many institutions, e.g. municipal police headquarters, fire brigade units or military units. Custom badges can be an original distinction and an idea for personalized identification of each of these groups.

All custom badges made by us are made strictly according to the design provided by you. In the absence of it, we are able to help you design it together.

What are our custom badges?

Our badges are carefully stamped and cast, but most importantly, they can be ordered in various shapes and sizes. The badge can be constructed in layers from many elements, thanks to the use of several matrices. You can choose from one-color badges in a shade of metal and multi-colored badges filled with enamels from the Pantone palette. We carry out orders from 50 pieces!

Custom badges from the Pantone palette

The Pantone palette is a very popular color identification system created by the American company of the same name. The whole palette of colors is based on 18 pigments, and the special feature of this system is homogeneity, because the colors are not created by overlapping single colors. The colors have been marked with numbers and sorted chromatically, and interestingly, apart from the shade, the description also includes metallicity or fluorescence. The system, apart from the basic colors, contains separate groups of metallic, pastel and neon colors, it also gives the possibility of unifying individual shades, which greatly facilitates the work of designers, graphic designers or the printing houses themselves. Using the Pantone system at Solaron, we are able to very accurately select the color for each custom-made sign, faithfully reproducing the client's design. Importantly, the Pantone palette can be used in virtually any printing technique. Be sure to take a look at our previously made custom badges in the gallery below!
